Over the past thirty
years Bob has traveled to over 35 countries, with focused, multi-racial groups helping to
heal and synchronize many of Gaia's sacred places with the current cosmic impulses that
require increased harmony on all levels. Reactivating Mayan temples and helping to unclog
Beijing's Temple of Heaven's energy network are examples of this type of service work. |

Bob has a BA in History
from the College of William & Mary which led him to extensive esoteric training in
many of the world's sacred traditions. Feng Shui has become the umbrella for blending this
eclectic variety of training. He has been a carpenter for over thirty years during which
he has designed, built and retrofitted many structures. Thus he has worked extensively with
all sorts of construction materials and methods.
Bob considers himself an
educator and has spoken and written extensively on a variety of subjects to groups of all
ages and persuasions. The first three International Feng Shui Conferences in
California have featured Bob as a guest speaker. He has taught two years in England
at Gina Lazenby's Feng Shui Network School and 5 sessions with Nancilee Wydra's Feng Shui
Institute of America. Currently, he is finishing a book blending Eastern Feng
Shui,
western geomantic methods, the Findhorn methods of working with the
Devas/elementals of
your land/home and it is all stirred together with his common sense carpentry and design
background.
He lives with his wife of
21 years, astrologer, Celeste, and daughter, Crystal in their hand built octagonal
"hobbit home" in rural Walpole, New Hampshire.

| Too Much Metal Can Bring Rigidity
into Your Life |
| In feng shui, everything is
made up of the 5 elements or combinations. There is a healthy and
destructive flow of these 5 elements. Water/fluidity thus nourishes
wood/growth which certainly nourish fire/transformation. The ashes produce
earth/stability which are the source of minerals for metal/condensation
(rigidity) which is a face on which water can condense. Other combinations
of flow are destructive; for example, water douses fire. I believe that
wood/growth and metal/condensation things should be balanced in one's
life. Beware of the disturbing trend in home/office construction of metal
beginning to dominate! Metal roofs, studs, aluminum siding are examples.
Any material that is made like metal in an act of hardening is mostly
metal in feng shui. This would include vinyl siding, shingles, linoleum,
etc. The more metal dominates in your life, the more rigidity of thinking
and rigidity diseases like arthritis, rheumatism, etc. can dominate.
Balance metal with wood overall but do it in the proper sequence of
elements listed above. Strive to have all 5 equally represented. Till next
month. |
